How To Use TRADExperts' Companies Data

So with only few clicks, you can use our companies lists to create the specific audiences you need on LinkedIn; to reach them with highly targeted advertising and marketing.

Here is the step-by-step process to follow:

Step 1: Make a copy of the TRADExperts companies data sheet you purchased and downloaded.

Step 2: Format the duplicate copy using the included template. You can sort this copy as an exclusive list of companies based on any industry.

Step 3. Go ahead and sign in to “Campaign Manager” from your LinkedIn account. 

Step 4. Open the menu pane on the left, click on “Plan” and select “Audiences” from the drop-down list. 

Step 5. Click the “Create audience” button, then select “Matched audience”.

Step 6. Select “Company / Contact” under Sources, then click Next.

Step 7. Give your target audience a name, select “Company list” under List type, and click the “Select list” button.

Upload the formatted copy of the companies list. Then click “Agree & Upload” to complete the process. 

Once the status of the uploaded list changes from “Building” to “Ready,” you can go ahead and activate the ad campaigns to go live.

Matched Audiences Data Insights

The matched audiences above display over 74 million company professionals with a match rate of over 90%, ready for advertising. This is also the highest rate available. 

You can tick the box next to any matched audience, then click on “Insights.”

Requirements for the companies data file to be uploaded:

– It may take up to 48 hours for your target audience to be ready.
– The formatted data sheet must be a CSV file with a minimum of 300 rows.
– Changing or removing the header will create an error when the data file is uploaded.
– The companies data must be between 300 to a maximum of 300,000 rows or 20MB file size.
– Before uploading the lists, the files need to be formatted like the enclosed template to be successful.

3. Input

Here, the raw data is converted into machine readable form for input into the processing unit which can be a server, computer, etc.

4. Processing

Different data processing methods are applied to the raw data using machine learning and AI algorithms to produce the desired output.

5. Output

At this stage, the data is transformed and ready for use in our preferred formats i.e. Excelsheet, CSV, JSON, Parquet or plain text files.

6. Storage

The final step in our processing cycle is storage, in which the data and metadata are stored and ready for use by our team or clients.
